Within GYS Group, Alfie leads the development of service frameworks, ensuring consultancy support remains practical, structured and aligned with real operational requirements. He plays a key role in shaping the group’s long-term direction, focusing on service quality, compliance standards and sustainable growth across both internal operations and external client engagement.
Martin Cook
Martin Cook brings extensive financial and commercial experience, including senior roles within major organisations such as The Body Shop Group under Dame Anita Roddick and Gordon Roddick. His background includes financial management, business expansion and the development of sustainable operational models.
Within GYS Group, Martin provides strategic financial oversight and consultancy expertise, supporting restructuring, growth planning and long-term financial stability. Suzanne Bayliss
Suzanne Bayliss has built her career within structured business environments, beginning in creative production roles before progressing into HR, payroll and financial administration. With over 15 years’ experience within the group, she has developed a strong understanding of operational systems, internal controls and process management.
Her approach is detail-focused and structured, supporting the delivery of accurate and reliable business functions across payroll, invoicing and HR administration. Suzanne plays a key role in maintaining consistency across operational processes, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant and aligned with wider business requirements.
Lewis Johnson
Lewis Johnson is an experienced finance professional with an AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and over eight years within the group. His background includes bookkeeping, payroll, credit control and management accounting support. Lewis contributes to financial compliance, reporting accuracy and day-to-day financial operations across the group.
His technical knowledge covers VAT, HMRC requirements and financial control processes, supporting both internal and client-facing consultancy services. Working alongside senior leadership, Lewis strengthens the group’s financial capability through structured reporting, reliable data management and consistent financial oversight.
